Three Factors

I did my research and found a few stretching techniques that should help loosen up the tendons on the soles of my feet. Combined with trigger/pressure point therapy, I think I should be able to lick this thing and get back on track soon enough. I may have to dial it back to week three, but that’s OK. I’m grateful that it isn’t something debilitating.

It turns out that I have several things going against me.
1) need new shoes
2) improper running form
3) abnormally high arches

New shoes – check. (The new running are being shooed over from the states. I should get them in a month or so.)

Improper running form – check, bend forward at the ankles and do Pose drills while I’m laid up.
