Green Smoothies Rock Anytime of the Day

I drink at least one green smoothie a day. Usually for breakfast in the morning. I just take some frozen banana chunks add some soy milk, coconut milk or juice and a whole lotta alfalfa leaf powder. Oh yeah, baby. Green smoothies rock!

Last night, I crawled into bed as soon as the sun set, then I was wide awake again at 2:40 AM. Tired to go back to sleep but couldn’t. At least I had a semi-decent nights sleep, meaning I still woke up every two hours except for a 3 1/2 hour stretch. Unlike last night, I feel pretty well rested. As I was falling asleep, I felt my right side twitch. Instead of that violent jerky twitch, it was a much gentler twitch.  In fact, as I type this, I felt my right side twitch again. Hmmmm…maybe this no caffeine/chocolate thing is working. Also, I’ve added 100 mg. of B vitamins in the morning, after I have my green smoothie, of course. Which reminds me, gotta get some more bananas today.
